摘  要:在对铁磁物质实施磁性处理时,需要主电源系统输出正负交替、幅值逐步衰减的脉冲电流,本文以设计磁性处理脉冲直流发电机控制系统为研究内容,在采用传递函数法建立主电源控制系统数学模型的基础上,针对主电源系统电流波形的特点提出了积分分离PID调节方法,并进行了参数优化。本文的研究成果已在工程实践中得到了验证和应用。When ferromagnet is depermed, main power supply system is required to supply the pulse current that is alternate and the swing is attenuable. The design of the pulse DC dynamo control system used for deperming is researched in this paper, and the emulational mode of the main power supply control system is built by means of the transfer function firstly. And then aimed at the current's characters of the main power supply system, the integral separation digital PID adjustment is suggested, and the correlative parameters are optimized, the investigation conclusions of the paper are validated and applied in the practical project already.
