“双元指导、四维联动”APP全仿真模拟实训平台构建研究

摘　　要：在现场实习安排困难或危险性高的专业领域,一般通过开发虚拟仿真实训系统来替代。但当前开发的模拟性仿真实训平台,交互性能不足、培养功能单一,缺少对毕业生团队协作精神、社会应变能力与创新能力的培养。"双元指导、四维联动"APP全仿真模拟实训平台通过依托便携移动终端,构建一个校内与企业导师"双元"指导的"实训任务推送"、"双元技术指导"、"团队与适应性培养"与"成果验收与评价反馈"四个维度的模拟仿真实训平台。该平台具有:(一)入校即实训;(二)创新校企合作模式,实现即时双元指导;(三)整合实训资源,打破专业分割;(四)平台开放互联,实训案例与专业技能即时更新;(五)专业技能得到强化,创新能力及综合职业素养得到提升等五大特色,能解决当前虚拟实训系统弊端,给学生提供立体性综合性模拟实训,培养学生的专业技能、团队协作精神、社会应变能力与创新能力。In the professional field of practice,if it is difficult to handle or be a high risk,virtual simulation training system can be used to replace it,however,most of the current simulation training platforms are insufficient interaction and single function of cultivation.And those platforms are shortage of the training in team work,capabilities of social strain and innovations.APP Full Simulation Training Platform of Using Dual direction,Four dimensional linkage are based on portable mobile terminal,and will be constructed on four dimensions of dual direction tutors,training tasks,dual technical guidance,team work and adaptability,evaluation and acceptance of results.This platform focuses on the following aspects：（1）practicing training accessibility,（2）innovative university-enterprise cooperation pattern,（3）integration of training resources（4）platform compatibility,（5）strengthening professional skills and enhancing innovation ability and comprehensive professional quality,that will solve the drawbacks of the current virtual training system and provide students with three-dimensional comprehensive simulation training to train students＇ professional skills,teamwork spirit,social strain capacity and innovation ability.
