摘　　要：师德是高校教师从事教育活动必须遵守的道德规范和行为准则,师德建设是提高高校师德水平的重要保障,须建立健全教育机制、宣传机制、考核机制、监督机制和奖惩机制等,从而构建"五位一体"师德建设长效机制。Morality is a code of ethics and conduct that university teachers engaged in education activities must comply with.Moral construction is an important guarantee to improve the level of university ethics.In order to establish a＂fivein-one＂long-term mechanism of moral construction,we should establish and improve our education mechanism,propaganda mechanism,evaluation mechanism,monitoring mechanism,incentive mechanism,etc.
