摘 要:IP多媒体子系统(IP Multi-media Subsystem,IMS)是下一代网络的核心控制系统,也是业界公认的固定和移动融合网络技术。随着交换技术的不断发展,为了解决电力行政交换网面临的技术演进和网络转型问题,文章首先介绍了IMS在某省电力行政交换网中的引入方案;然后结合现网的业务需求、用户规模及IMS承载网络带宽,形成了IMS网络的配置要求和设置原则;最后依据现网的实际情况,给出了IMS接入网的建设方式。该方案实现了IMS在某省电力行政交换网的应用,对于其他地区电力行政交换网的规划、设计、改造等工作具有借鉴意义。IP Multi-Media Subsystem(IMS) is the core control system of next generation network, and is a popular fi xed and mobile convergence network technology. With the development of switching technology, in order to solve the problem of technology evolution and network transformation problem in the power switching network, this paper fi rstly introduces the IMS introducing scheme of a province electric power administrative exchange network. Then, the equipment confi guration requirements and setting principle of IMS is formed through considering business requirements, user scale of the current switch-network and network band of IMS. Finally, a construction scheme of IMS access network is proposed according to the current switch-network’s actual situation. The proposed scheme realizes the application of IMS in some province power administrative switch-network, and has a certain reference value for the planning, design and alteration of the power administrative exchange network in other area provinces.
