摘　　要：目的探讨儿童失神癫痫(CAE)的事件相关脑电位N400的变异。方法应用中国润杰WJ-1型ERP仪,采用汉语正常句子结尾词(匹配)与句子结尾歧义词(非匹配)的模式,对45例CAE和42名正常儿童进行N400检测。结果 1潜伏期:CAE组的N400潜伏期在3个脑区明显延迟于对照组。CAE组在Cz脑区,匹配指标(P<0.01)、非匹配指标(P<0.01)均延迟于对照组;CAE组在Fz、Pz脑区也有类似变化。2波幅:CAE组的N400波幅在5个脑区明显低于对照组。CAE组在Cz脑区,匹配指标(P<0.01)、非匹配指标(P<0.01)均低于对照组。结论句子结尾词是引起N400的良好刺激材料,可用于神经精神科临床,特别适合CAE的辅助诊断。Objective To investigate variations of event related potential N400 in childhood absence epilepsy（ CAE）. Methods The Guangzhou Runjie W J-1 ERP instrum ent w as em ployed to perform N400 tests for 45 cases of CAE and 42 norm al children by the use of m odel of norm al words（ matching） and am biguous words（ m ism atching） ended C hinese sentences. Results 1Latency. Com pared with the control group, the CAE group showed prolonged N400 latency in three encephalic regions（ C z、Fz, and Pz）, especially for both m atching（P〈0. 01） and mismatching（P〈0. 01） indexes in the Czregion, as well as in Fzand Pzregions. 2Am plitude.Com pared with the control group, the CAE group also showed much lower N400 am plitude in five encephalic regions, especially for both matching（P〈0. 01） and mism tching（P〈0. 01） indexes in the Czregion.Conclusion Sentence ending words are a favorable stim ulus to elicit N400, which can be used for clinical neurology, especially for auxiliary diagnosis of CAE.
