摘　　要：细胞分裂周期蛋白42(Cdc42)是一类广泛表达的小三磷酸鸟苷(GTP)酶,因其具有GTP酶活性,因而又被称为Rho GTP酶。Cdc42可以调节细胞骨架的形态学改变,并调节诸如细胞生长和增殖、细胞活力、细胞极性等生理过程中涉及的膜运输功能。Cdc42在多种恶性肿瘤中呈现高表达,并和肿瘤的发生、侵袭和转移密切相关,提示Cdc42可能为肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。该文拟从Cdc42的形态结构、功能、信号通路上下游效应分子以及在人类肿瘤侵袭和转移中的作用等方面进行综述。Cell division cycle 42（ Cdc42） is one of ubiquitously expressed guanosine triphosphate enzymes（ GTPases）, which are also known as Rho G TPases due to their G TPase activity. Cdc42 can regulate morphologic changes of the cytoskeleton and mem brane transport function involving in physiological processes such as growth, proliferation, motility, and polarity of cells. Cdc42 is highly expressed in a variety of malignancies and is closely associated with tum or progression, invasion, and m etastasis, which suggest Cdc42 maybe a potential target for the treatm ent of tum ors. This paper review s C dc42 with respect to its structure,functions, up- stream and dow n- stream effectors, as well as its role in tum or invasion and m etastasis.
