丛状纤维组织细胞瘤的声像图表现及分析

摘　　要：目的探讨丛状纤维组织细胞瘤的声像图特点。方法应用二维及彩色多普勒观察5例丛状纤维组织细胞瘤病灶并将其二维及彩色多普勒表现与手术、病理检查对照。结果 5例患者中,4例病灶位于皮下软组织中,1例病灶以侵犯肌层为主,边界均整齐,内部回声尚均匀,后方无声衰减,血流信号不丰富,阻力指数较高。结论超声检查对丛状纤维组织细胞瘤的临床诊断能够提供重要参考信息。objective：To analysis the sonographic features in plexiform fibrohistiocytic tumor.Method：Two-dimensional color Doppler was used in five cases of plexiform fibrohistiocytic tumor, and these Ultrasound features were compared to their surgical and pathological findings. Result： Four cases were located in subcutaneous soft tissue,one case had been violated muscle. Among the Sonographic appearances of these cases,there were integrity boundary、homogeneous internal echo、no attenuation rear signal 、not rich blood flow and higher resistent index. Conclusion： Ultrasound can provide important reference informations for the clinical diagnosis of plexiform fibrohistiocytic tumor.
