《金匮要略》方治疗冠心病方剂运用规律研究

摘　　要：目的:通过循证医学方法探寻《金匮要略》方治疗冠心病的方剂运用规律。方法:检索文献获取《金匮要略》方治疗冠心病的优势方剂谱,并使用拟定的文献评价标准对临床研究文献及个案报道文献进行评价,进而获得冠心病在现代临床环境下的中医证型。结果:明确了《金匮要略》方治疗冠心病的常用方剂为瓜蒌薤白半夏汤及瓜蒌薤白白酒汤,临床研究文献有102篇,个案经验文献有158篇,其中瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病的临床文献52篇,各方剂临床研究文献均为中低质量等级。结论:冠心病在现代临床环境下的主要中医证型,多为瓜蒌薤白半夏汤证和瓜蒌薤白白酒汤证。Objective： By the method of evidence- based medicine to explore the rule of using prescriptions in Jinkui Yaolue in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods： The literature about the excellent prescriptions for coronary heart disease in Jinkui Yaolue was reviewed and based on the quality evaluation,we evaluated the literature and then obtained the TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease in the modern clinic. Results： In Jinkui Yaolue,prescriptions for coronary heart disease are Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction. There were 102 pieces of clinical research literature and 158 of case report. Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease in 52 pieces of clinical literature and the clinical research literature was in middle and low quality grade. Conclusion： The main syndrome types of coronary heart disease are those could be treated by Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Decoction.
