足外踝三针对中风足内翻康复的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺足外踝三针对中风足内翻康复的疗效,以评价临床疗效。方法:将58例脑出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,对照组28例,治疗组采用足外踝三针针刺治疗;对照组采用推拿治疗,每周连续6次,休息1d,4周为1个疗程,连续3个疗程。分别于治疗前后采用踝关节内翻角度的测量、Hoffer步行能力分级及Berg平衡量表对患者进行疗效评价。结果:经治疗,治疗组总有效率92.3%,对照组总有效率75%,经比较(P<0.05),有统计学意义。治疗组和对照组在踝关节内翻角度的测量方面,治疗组与对照组的组间及组内比较(P<0.05),有统计学意义。Hoffer步行能力分级方面,两组内治疗前及治疗后比较有明显改善(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。但两组患者治疗后组间比较P>0.05,无统计学差异。两组治疗前后在Berg平衡量表得分方面均有改善,P<0.05,有统计学差异,具有统计学意义。结论:针刺和推拿对于患者足内翻有明显的改善作用,体现在其平衡能力、行走能力及关节活动方面,针刺治疗效果在行走及关节活动度方面要优于推拿疗法。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of three acupuncture needles insert them located on external ankle to treat strephenopodia for stroke rehabilitation.Methods：Fifty-eight cerebral haemorrhage patients were divided into a treatment randomly group and a control group numbering thirty and twenty-eight patients respectively.The treatment group was treated by inserting three needles located on the external ankle.The control group applied traditional chinese acupressure（Tui Na）.The order of the treatment was six days continually per week followed by a one day break,for weeds for one course of treatment with three courses continues in total.Results：The treatment group total effective rate 92.3%,The control group total effective rate 75%,The curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）obviously.Conclusion：In order to applied acupuncture and acupressure（Tui Na）on the stroke rehabilitation patients showed manifest effetely improvement.It displayed on balance,walking ability and the function of joint,to use external ankle three acupuncture needles is more effective than acupressure（Tui Na）on the aspect of walking capacity and the function of the joint.
