摘　　要：陈独秀是五四新文化运动的主将,他在中华民族生死存亡的关头率先喊出了民主与科学,吹响了启蒙的号角,不仅以伦理的觉悟启蒙了一批又一批的青年,而且以阶级的觉悟促进了广大人民群众的觉醒,为中华民族的独立与解放事业作出了重大贡献。在五四时期启蒙与救亡并行的大背景下,陈独秀的启蒙思想经历了一个从伦理觉悟到阶级觉悟的转变过程。研究陈独秀的启蒙思想,不仅可以总结近现代中国思想启蒙运动的经验教训,而且对于推动今天的中国特色社会主义建设也具有重要意义。CHEN Du-xiu was commanding general of the may fourth new culture movement, he in the survival of the Chinese nation crisis shouted out democracy and science, the first sounded the horn of the enlightenment, not only the ethical consciousness of enlightenment for a batch of another batch of youth, but also to class consciousness promoted the awakening of the people, for the independence and liberation of the Chinese nation has made a significant contribution. In the May 4 movement period of enlightenment and parallel of the national big background, CHEN Du-xiu＇s enlightenment thought has experienced a transition from ethical consciousness to class consciousness. Not only can the enlightenment thoughts of CHEN Du-xiu, summing up the experience of the modern Chinese ideological enlightenment, but also in promoting the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics of today also is of great significance.
