摘 要:目的初步探索听障儿童在非言语信号和言语信号刺激下失匹配负波(mismatchnegativity,MMN)的潜伏期和波幅发展特征。方法采用经典的Oddball范式,以1000Hz;Hz和bd/为标准刺激,1100Hz和/ba/为偏差刺激,分别对8例健听儿童和10N听障儿童进行测试。结果听障儿童的MMN潜伏期较健听儿童稍延长,两者差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);听障儿童的MMN波幅较正常儿童明显要小,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。纯音对和声调对的MMN潜伏期之间有显著性差异(P〈0.05),但波幅之间无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论MMN可作为一种客观检查方法,为听障儿童的听觉康复效果评估提供依据。Objective To explore the characteristics of the latencies and amplitudes of mismatch negativity in hearing- impaired children under non-verbal and verbal stimulation. Methods The classic Oddball paradigm was used for 8 normal- hearing children and 10 hearing-impaired children, with 1000 Hz and /b d/ as standard, 1100 Hz and /b d/ as deviation. Results The latencies of MMN in hearing-impaired children were slightly longer than those in normal-hearing children, showing no significant difference(P〉0.05). The amplitudes of MMN in hearing-impaired children were smaller than those in normal-hearing children, showing a significant difference(P〈0.05).There were significant differences in the latencies of MMN evoked by pure-tone pairs and lexical-tone pairs(P〈0.05),but no significant differences in the amplitudes of MMN evoked by the two kinds of signals(P〉0.05). Conclusion The latencies and amplitudes of MMN may be used to assess the auditory rehabilitation outcomes of hearing-impaired children.
