摘 要:目的:比较传统砂锅和煎药机煎煮八珍益母汤对芍药苷和阿魏酸含量的影响。方法:采用传统砂锅和煎药机煎煮制备八珍益母汤,反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定煎液中芍药苷和阿魏酸的含量。色谱条件:Imtakt C18反相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(14∶86,ν/ν)溶液;流速为1.0 m L·min-1;检测波长为芍药苷230 nm,阿魏酸322 nm;柱温为25℃。结果:芍药苷在传统砂锅煎液中含量略高于煎药机煎液;阿魏酸在两种煎液中含量相近。结论:传统砂锅煎煮与煎药机煎煮八珍益母汤剂中主要有效成分含量差异不明显。Objective: To compare effects on the contents of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Bazhen Yinm Decoction (BYD) prepared by machine-boiling method and marmite-boiling method. Method: BYD was decocted by traditional rnarmite and decocting machine respectively. Then the content of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in the decoction were determinedby RP- HPLC. Imtakt C18column (250 mm ×4. 6 ram, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile: 0. 3% phosphoric acid (14:86) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1, 0 ml/min, and the detection wavelengths of paeoniflorin and ferulie Acid were set at 230 nm and 322 nm with temperature at 25 ℃. Results: The content of paeoniflorin was slightly higher, and that of ferulic acid was similar in the marmite-boiling-decoction than those in the machine-boiling-decoction. Conclusion: The differences was not obvious from the contents of main effective components in the decoctions of BYD prepared by between machine-boiling method and marmite-boiling method.
