摘　　要：美国新入职教师表现性评价(edTPA)系统是美国第一个全国性的新入职教师教学能力表现性评价系统,采用嵌入式评价和教学事件评价两种评价方式。edTPA系统是一种基于证据的评价,评价内容客观全面;专业化的评估成员和不同学科、不同学龄阶段的详细的评价准则,提高了评价的科学性;评价主体参与评价和真实的教学情境测评使评价具有教育性和发展性。美国edTPA系统对指导和促进我国教师专业发展有一定的启示作用。edTPA is the first performance assessment System to evaluate novice teachers＇ ability in the U. S, using the embedded evaluation and teaching affairs evaluation. It is based on evidence. The contents of evaluation are objective and comprehensive. Its professional members ar：d the detailed rubrics for diverse disciplines and stages ensure the evaluation quality. The participation of the novice teachers and the real teaching context guarantee the educational and developmental nature of the evaluation. edTPA can provide inspirations to enlighten teachers professional development in China.
