摘 要:为了深入掌握大直径管道内爆燃火焰传播特性,采用理论和实验方法对大直径管道内预混气体爆燃火焰传播过程进行了研究。通过对大直径管道内爆燃火焰传播过程简化后推导了爆燃火焰传播模型。在直径2.6 m、长11 m的管道内进行了不同体积预混气体以及双区域不同浓度预混气体爆燃实验,对爆燃火焰传播过程进行了测量。通过实验结果验证了所推导的大直径管道内爆燃火焰传播理论计算公式在变化规律和趋势上的正确性,并对实验结果进行了初步拟合,得到了典型条件下的大直径管道内爆燃火焰传播距离与时间关系式的系数值。To grasp the deflagration flame propagation characteristics in the tube,the premixed gas deflagration flame propagation process were studied based on theoretical and experimental methods.The model of deflagration flame propagation in the tube was derived and simplified.The experiments of premixed gas deflagration were carried out in a diameter of 2.6 m and a length of 11 m tube,and the propagation process results of dcflagration flame formed by the single and double premixed gas spaces were measured.The correctness of theoretical formula in terms of variation and trends was verified by experimental results,and the coefficients of flame propagation distance versus time formula for deflagration in a tube were got by fit the experimental results under typical conditions.
