摘 要:由于煤仓工程施工环境和布置方式,尤其是断面大且深度大的直立煤仓,给施工带来诸多困难。传统直立式煤仓施工工艺有诸多缺点:临时支护多、危险性高,工程质量不易控制、不能一次成巷,成巷速度慢、施工组织复杂,外界干扰因素多、出矸放炮困难、不能使用大型机械设备、作业环境复杂,空间狭小等。本工艺采用整体液压金属大模板、全封闭封口盘、小吊桶上下、可接续溜灰管等新工法施工煤仓,它的优点是工艺简单、安全可靠、防坠防片、一次快速成巷、无需临时支护等,从本质上解决了煤仓施工的安全问题,且不受仓体大小和深度影响,简化了施工工艺,施工速度大大加快,大幅度提高了工程效益。Due to the coal bunker construction environment and arrangement mode,especially large section and the depth of vertical coal bunker,to construction to bring many difficulties. The traditional vertical bunker construction technology has many shortcomings:Temporary support nurse,high risk,project quality is not easy to control,not a roadway,slow speed in construction,complex construction organization,external interference factors,gangue transportation and drill hole difficult,cannot be used for large- scale machinery and equipment,operating environment is complex and narrow space. The invention adopts the integral hydraulic metal formwork,Fully closed sealing disc,small bucket,can continue to slide ash pipe,a new method of construction of coal bunker. Its advantages are simple process,safe and reliable,anti dropping prevention piece,fast dig,without temporary support,essentially solves the security problems of coal bunker construction and is not affected by the bin body size and depth,simplifying the construction process,accelerate the construction speed,greatly improves the project benefit.
