摘  要:目的:获取区域内食源性疾病病例的实时信息,提高工作质量和效率。方法:对区域内各家医院的食源性疾病监测工作进行调研,对监测流程进行分析,找出共同特征。用计算机软件的方式进行实现,采用相应的接口在试点医院进行使用。结果:完成食源性疾病监测系统的开发,使用食源性疾病监测系统采集接诊医生问诊信息以及检验科样本信息,并将信息提供给疾病预防控制机构的现场流行病学调查人员使用。完成三种接口的开发,不同医院可以根据自己的实际情况选择适合的接口,用来实时上传食源性疾病信息。结论:食源性疾病病例监测系统和系统提供的接口等解决方案能有效提高监测工作质量和效率。Objective: To obtain the real-time information of food-borne disease cases in the area, and improve the work quality and efficiency. Methods: The food-borne disease monitoring work in hospitals in the area is surveyed, the monitoring process is analyzed, and the common features are found out. The computer software is used for implementation. The corresponding interface is used in the pilot hospitals. Results: The development of food-borne disease monitoring system is completed, the food-borne disease monitoring system is used to collect doctor inquiring information and clinical laboratory sample information, and the information is provided to the field epidemiological investigation personnel of institutions of disease prevention and control. The development of three kinds of interfaces is completed. Different hospitals can situation choose suitable interfaces according to their own actual to upload the food-borne disease information in real time. Conclusion: The food-borne disease case monitoring system, interfaces provided by the system and other solutions can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of monitoring work.
