腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌的效果及对细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌的效果。方法:选取2011年2月-2015年6月笔者所在医院收治的43例进展期胃癌患者行腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗,设为研究组;同期43例患者行开腹胃癌根治术治疗,设为对照组。对比两组患者术中、术后情况、住院时间及手术前后细胞免疫功能的差异。结果:研究组切口长度、术中出血量分别为(6.23±2.34)cm、(131.46±22.35)ml,均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术后两组CD8+比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌效果好,切口小,恢复快,能有效保护免疫功能,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Method:43 patients with advanced gastric cancer who underwent laparoscopic gastric cancer radical surgery in our hospital from February 2011 to June 2015 were selected,set as research group,during the same period,43 patients were treated with open radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,set as control group.Compared with the two groups of patients in the operationpostoperative conditions,length of stay and the difference between the pre and post operation,the cell immune function.Result:Research group,incision length,bleeding volume were (6.23±2.34)cm,(131.46±22.35)ml,which were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);the postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay of the research group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups (CD8+) after the operation(P>0.05);the CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ of the research group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer has good curative effect,small incision,quick recovery,and can effectively protect the immune function.
