摘 要:目的探讨计算机辅助快速成型三维实体模型在颌骨骨折中的临床应用价值。方法将46例颌面部骨折患者分为研究组与对照组各23例,对照组患者仅根据CT三维重建图进行术前诊断,研究组患者同时使用快速成型三维实体模型辅助进行术前诊断,比较研究组与对照组的诊断符合率和术后疗效。结果计算机辅助快速成型三维实体模型对颌面部骨折患者诊断的准确性较高达95.7%,并且研究组术后疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.788,P=0.030)。结论计算机辅助快速成型三维实体模型可有效辅助颌骨骨折的诊断,同时可通过提高手术的安全性、成功率,进而提升术后疗效。Objective To investigate the application value of computer aided rapid prototyping 3D solid model in jaw fracture. Methods46 cases of maxillofacial fractures,23 cases which were treated with simple 3D reconstruction of CT scan were control group. In the study group,the other 23 cases were diagnosed by rapid prototyping 3D solid model. Then,the coincidence rate of diagnosis and the curative effect after surgery between the two groups were compared respectively. Results The diagnosis consistent rate of the 3D solid model group was 95. 7% which was significantly higher than that of simple 3D reconstruction group( χ2= 6. 788,P = 0. 030). And the curative effect of the study group was better than the control group. Conclusion Rapid prototyping three-dimensional solid model can aid the diagnosis of mandibular fracture. Itimproves the safety of surgery and the success rate which enhances the curative effect.
