大型奥运体育场馆活动风险管理研究——以G高校奥运体育馆为例

摘　　要：通过研究大型场馆活动风险类型、特征及潜在因素,提出以风险辨识、评估和应对为主的风险管理程序。以G高校奥运体育馆为例,应用风险检查表法识别风险,对比应用风险矩阵法和事故树分析法评估风险,基于风险类型提出应对策略。结果显示:G高校奥运场馆潜在风险主要有火灾引起的拥挤踩踏事故,建议从增强防火措施、加强安保管理、强化培养大学生安全防范意识和自卫能力3个方面进行风险管理。By studying risk types, characteristiccs and potential factors of large venue events, this paper made a risk management procedure of risk identification, risk assessment and risk response taking Olympic sports stadiums in G University as an example from the identification risk by risk Checklist, the assessed risk by comparing to the application of risk matrix and theaccident tree analysis, the measures are proposed. Finally, based on potential risks of Olympic sports stadiums in G University, the paper puts forward the corresponding risk response strategies that are enhancing fire protection measures, strengthening security management, strengthening students’ awareness of security and self-defense capability.
