应用A型肉毒毒素治疗咬肌肥大及面部皱纹的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨A型肉毒毒素在治疗咬肌肥大、面部皱纹中的应用。方法:应用A型肉毒毒素治疗咬肌肥大、面部除皱116例,对治疗后效果进行随访观察。结果:患者恢复良好,经注射1个月后疗效评价,效果满意,总有效率达90%以上。结论:A型肉毒毒素治疗咬肌肥大、面部皱纹临床疗效确切,不良反应少,效果显著。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of botulinum toxin type A on masseter muscle hypertrophy and facial wrinkles. Methods： 116 patients with masseter muscle hypertrophy and facial wrinkles were treated with botulinum toxin type A,and the effects were observed. Results： The therapeutic effects were good in general. Evaluation after one month of treatment indicated that the patients were satisfactory with the therapy,and the total effective rate was 90%. Conclusion： Botulinum toxin type A is effective for masseter muscle hypertrophy and facial wrinkles,with less adverse effects.
