摘　　要：目的：采用Meta分析的方法分析牙周炎与早产的相关性。方法：检索2012~2015年PUBMED、EBSCO、Wiley、Springer Link、Elsevier、CNKI中国知网、维普、万方等数据库中的相关文献,使用Stata11.0软件进行Meta分析。结果：纳入本次Meta分析的文献共10篇,合并样本量为4334例。Meta分析结果为,合并OR为3.72,95%CI为2.11~6.57。本次Meta分析无发表偏倚,但文献之间存在异质性。结论：孕妇孕期牙周炎与早产相关。Objective： To investigate the relationship between periodontitis and incidence of preterm birth through meta-analysis. Methods： Articles on periodontitis and preterm birth published between 2012 and 2015 in academic resources,including Pub Med,EBSCO,Wiley,Springer link,Elsevier,China National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI）,VIP Database and Wangfang Med Online,were retrieved and analyzed with software Stata（ version 11. 0）.Results： A total of 10 articles with 4334 eligible cases were finally included in current meta-analysis. Pooled odds ratio（ OR） was 3. 72（ 95% CI： 2. 11-6. 57）. There was no publication bias in the 10 articles,yet heterogeneity existed among case-control studies. Conclusion： Meta-analysis indicates that incidence of preterm birth is associated with periodontitis during pregnancy.
