瑞典林奈大学教育质量保障体系的构建及其启示

摘　　要：瑞典研究生教育因其广泛的国际合作及稳定的高质量培养效果,深受业界关注。瑞典高校内部构建了完善的教育质量保障体系,从生源、教学、导师队伍、学位论文、实习实践等多方面进行监督管理,保障了研究生的培养质量。本文以林奈大学的质量保障体系为例,详细论述了该校的体系工程思路,并对我国高校内部的研究生教育质量保障体系构建提出建议。Sweden＇s postgraduate education has been highly acclaimed for its wide range of international cooperation and high quality of training.Universities in Sweden have comprehensive educational quality assurance systems that provide effective management of student enrollment,teaching,faculty,degree theses,internship,etc.This paper describes the quality assurance system of Linnaeus University in particular and the operation of the system.Suggestions are also offered for improving the postgraduate education quality assurance system in our country.
