摘　　要：碳纤维电地暖以节能、环保和舒适等优点得到快速发展和应用。为了更好地控制碳纤维电暖器的工作,对某公司碳纤维电地暖系统的温控器进行了优化设计。硬件设计时增加了电源供电电路,可以在关机时彻底断电,实现节能。软件设计时采用中位值和防脉冲干扰值滤波法相结合的算法,以及线性补偿法,来有效地保证测温精度。目前该温控器已经经过公司测试,达到了令人满意的效果。Carbon fiber electric floor heating is developed rapidly because of its energy-efficient and comfortable.In order to improve the performance of temperature controller,the design is optimized.In the hardware design,power supply control is added to realize energy conservation.In the software design,the joint filtering method of median and anti-pulse annoyance value,as well as linear compensation method are used to achieve high temperature precision.The temperature controller has been tested by some companies,and has excellent effect.
