摘　　要：为了解决目前高等学校的制药工程专业教育不能较好的满足制药行业对专业人才需求的问题,针对当前教育中的弊病进行了调查研究,提出了一种基于行业需求的人才培养模式,结合具体的实施方案,探讨了制药工程专业向着应用方向发展的途径。对学生的专业方向进行引导,通过导师制按专业方向分类进行人才培养,同时进行课程体系改革,取得了一定的成绩。In order to solve the problem which pharmaceutical engineering professional education can＇ t better satisfy the demand for professional talents in pharmaceutical industry today,the investigation and study according to the problem in the current education were carried on,it was proposed that the talent training mode based on the needs of industry,the way of transformation pharmaceutical engineering towards applications were discussed combining with the specific implementation plan. It guided the professional direction of students,developed talents cultivation model according to the classification of professional direction through the tutorial system,and reformed curriculum system,it had already achieved certain outcome in the end.
