自体角膜缘干细胞移植与羊膜移植在翼状胬肉治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较自体角膜缘干细胞移植与羊膜移植在翼状胬肉治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月～2015年10月在我院进行自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗的90例翼状胬肉患者作为治疗组,同时选取羊膜移植治疗的73例翼状胬肉患者作为对照组,并比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者治愈率95.6%(86/90),复发率4.4%(4/90),对照组患者治愈率86.3%(63/73),复发率13.7%(10/73),两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),此外治疗组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植术在治疗翼状胬肉方面临床效果较好,且术后复发率以及术后并发症发生率较低,该方法安全可靠。Objective To compare the clinical effect of limbal stem cell transplantation and amniotic membrane transplantation in treatment of pterygium self.Methods From April 2013 to October 2015, 90 cases of pterygium patients in our hospital in the treatment of limbal stem cell transplantation autologous were selected as treatment group, and 73 cases of pterygium patients with amniotic membrane transplantation were selected as a control group, and to compare the clinical effect of two group. Results the cure rate of patients in the treatment group 95.6% （86/90）, the recurrence rate of 4.4% （4/90）, the cure rate of patients in the control group 86.3% （63/73）, the recurrence rate of 13.7% （10/73）, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）, in addition the incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe clinical value of Limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium was better, and the relapse rate and complication rate was low, the method is safe and reliable.
