摘　　要：目的观察淫羊藿苷(ICA)联合钙敏感受体(Ca SR)活性改变对胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖的影响,及其细胞内Ca SR及Survivin、Runx3基因表达的影响。方法 MTT法与Hoechst染色法测定细胞的增殖与凋亡情况。Western blot和RT-PCR技术检测Ca SR、Survivin及Runx3蛋白和m RNA的表达情况。结果 ICA联合Calindol(Ca SR激动剂)抑制SGC-7901细胞增殖,细胞生长抑制率与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),呈时间依赖性;并诱导细胞凋亡。ICA联合Calindol促进SGC-7901细胞内Ca SR和Runx3蛋白和m RNA表达上调,Survivin蛋白和m RNA表达下调。结论 ICA联合Calindol能够抑制胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖并诱导凋亡,其作用与下调Survivin和上调Runx3的表达有关。Objective To observe the effect of activity changes of icariin combined with calcium sensing receptor（Ca SR） on the proliferation and the expression of Ca SR, Survivin and Runx3 genes in SGC-7901 cell. Methods The method of MTT and Hoechst staining d were used to detect the proliferation and apoptosis of cells. The technology of western blot and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of Ca SR, Survivin, Runx3 protein and m RNA. Results ICA combined with Calindol（Ca SR agonist） inhibits the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells, which showed a time dependent manner and induced cell apoptosis, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ICA combined with Calindol promotes the expression of Ca SR, Runx3 protein and m RNA in SGC-7901 cells. Conclusion ICA combined with Calindol can inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells, its effect is related to the expression of Survivin down-regulation and Runx3 up-regulation.
