摘  要:光电开关是一种利用光的强弱变化实现电的变化的一种传感器。简述了光电开关的概念、工作原理、分类以及优缺点,总结了漫反射光电开关在智能除草机器人中的实际应用,指出漫反射光电开关是保证除草机器人准确、高效除草的有效手段。该方案不仅大大降低了硬件成本,而且也不需要做图像处理的算法,同时避免了农药除草对作物的伤害,提高了劳动生产率。但是光电开关也有其自身的局限性,单个光电开关无法区分物体的形状,颜色,大小,因此还要对光电开关内部结构进行研究开发。Photoelectric switch is a kind of sensor which translates the change of light intensity into that of electronic variable. The concept, working principle, classification, advantages and disadvantages of the photoelectric switchare introduced briefly. The practical application of diffuse reflection photoelectric switch in intelligent weeding robot are summed up. And it is pointed out that the diffuse reflection photoelectric switch is a effective means to ensure the weeding accurately and efficiently. The scheme not only reduces the cost of hardware greatly, but also does not need image processing algorithm, and avoid the harm of pesticide to the crops, improves labor productivity at the same time. But the photoelectric switch also hasits limitations, for instance, single photoelectric switch can't distinguish the shape, color, size of the object.
