摘  要:目的 探讨胸苷激酶1(TK1)和锌指转录因子Snail在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及两者与NSCLC临床病理特征之间的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测87例NSCLC患者手术切除的癌组织和癌旁组织中TK1和Snail表达水平.结果 TK1在NSCLC癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(71.26%比21.84%,P<0.01),Snail在NSCLC癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(85.06%比18.39%,P<0.01);TK1表达水平与NSCLC的组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05),Snail表达水平与NSCLC的TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05).结论 TK1和Snail可能参与NSCLC的发生发展,可能是NSCLC预后相关指标.Objective To investigate the expression of thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) and snail in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC),and their correlation with the clinicopathological features.Methods Envision immunohistochemical method was used to assess the expression of TK1 and Snail in 87 cases of human NSCLC tissues and non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues.Results The expression rate of TK1 in breast carcinoma tissues was higher than that of non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues (71.26% vs.21.84%,P 〈0.01).The expression rate of Snail in breast carcinoma tissues was higher than that of non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues (85.06% vs.18.39%,P 〈0.01).The expression levels of TK1 were correlated histologic grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC (P 〈 0.05).There was a close correlation between the expression of Snail and histologic grade and TNM stage (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion TK1 and Snail may participate in the development and progression of NSCLC,and may be used to provide information for predicting prognosis of patients with NSCLC.
