摘  要:以某型摩托车车架为对象,建立了其参数化的动力学模型和运行的两种路面谱,完成运动仿真并提取出前后轮心处的作用力。建立了车架的有限元模型,通过模态试验验证了其正确性。结合运动仿真结果建立了动态的有限元分析模型,计算了在两种工况下应力的时域分布结果。参照仿真过程完成了对应的道路试验,得到分析点应力的时域分布。仿真结果与试验结果的对比表明,二者在时域分布、统计数值和频域分布上都有较高的相符性,验证了方法的可行性。Taking a motorcycle frame as the object,its parametric dynamic model and two kinds of road spectrums were established. The forces on the front and rear wheel centers were extracted according to the motion simulation. The finite element model of the frame was established and verified using modal test. The dynamic finite element analysis model was established combined with motion simulation results to calculate the stress temporal distribution results in two conditions. The actual stress temporal distribution of each reference point was carried out on the basis of corresponding road test. The comparison between simulated and test result demonstrated that the simulation results met the test results highly in time domain,statistics and frequency domain,which confirmed the feasibility of this method.
