洛阳地区初筛RhD阴性献血者Rh血型抗原分布情况

摘　　要：目的了解洛阳地区初筛Rh D阴性无偿献血人群Rh血型抗原的分布情况。方法利用广谱抗球蛋白微柱凝胶卡和Rh血型分型卡对2013年1月-2014年12月本站859份初筛阴性的献血者标本进行鉴定和分型。结果859份Ig M抗-D阴性标本中检出弱D型45份(占5.24%),Rh D阴性814份(占94.76%);Rh D阴性表现型分布以dccee(59.95%)和d Ccee(27.89%)居多,c和e抗原频率较高,分别为97.54%和99.63%;Rh弱D型献血者表型cc Ee占比例最高为60%。结论对本地区初筛Rh D阴性献血人群的Rh血型抗原分布有了具体的了解,可对本地区Rh血型系统的稀有血型队伍建设提供及时有效的参考依据。Objective To investigate the distribution of Rh blood type antigen in Rh D negative blood donors in Luoyang area. Methods 859 blood samples of Rh D negative was detected and separated by broad-spectrum anti-globulin micro column gel and Rh blood type classification. Results 859 samples of Ig M anti-D antibody was detected to be weak D type 45（ 5. 24%）,Rh D negative 814（ 94. 76%）. In Rh D negative phenotypes,major distributions were from dccee（ 59. 95%）and dccee（ 27. 89%）. c（ 97. 54%） and e（ 99. 63%） occupied higher antigen frequencies. In Rh weak D type blood donors＇ phenotypes,cc Ee（ 60%） had the highest percentage. Conclusion To understand the Rh blood type antigen distribution of Rh D negative blood donation population,a timely and effective reference basis is provided for construction of the rare blood type. It is of great significance for guiding a scientific,reasonable,safe and effective blood transfusion.
