摘　　要：本文通过对我国国产血液制品的生产供应现状及原料血浆采集情况的总结分析,探讨了目前制约国产血液制品生产的主要问题和因素,建议通过提高采浆区域资源利用率、统筹解决临床富余血浆综合利用、提高行业集中度、优化产品结构、提升血液制品生产企业社会责任感,以及降低临床血浆不合理输注等措施和手段,来改善和提高国产血液制品生产量以缓解临床供需矛盾。We summarized and analyzed the situation and progress of plasma fractionation and restraining factors in China,and proposed the following effective measures to improve its yield： utilization of source plasma,layout of plasma collection sites,utilization of recovered plasma,improvement on the level of industrial commitment,optimization the product ＇s structure and reduction of inappropriate plasma transfusion.
