摘　　要：学院制在高等教育界占据重要地位。英国牛津大学学院制自产生以来,在历史的长河中被不断地洗涤,成为各国纷纷效仿的对象。本文通过一个全新的视角,纵观东西方学院制历史的发展,并比较牛津大学学院制与我国学院制特点存在的差异,分析问题存在的原因,对我国学院制的发展进行展望,提出可行的策略。The college system occupies an important position in the field of higher education.The University of Oxford'college system is constantly washed since its inception in the course of history.Eventually becoming the object that countries to follow.Through a new angle of view,throughout the development of history of college system between the East and the West.Comparing the difference of college system in Oxford University and Chinese University of characteristics.Analyzing the existent problem and the reason.At the end of the paper,I propose feasible strategies about the development college system.
