摘　　要：对目前高校财务内部控制存在的问题进行了诊断,阐述了高校健全和完善财务内部控制的必要性,提出了解决问题的对策。According to the actual situation of financial internal control in colleges and universities, the importance of establishing and perfecting the internal control of the financial universities is emphasized,and some countermeasures are put forward .
