摘　　要：随着高校新校区建设数量的增多,对高等院校招生工作及招生宣传环节提出了新的要求。高等院校招生工作是高等教育的一个重要组成部分,是一项为国家、高校遴选合格生源的系统工程。招生工作政策性强,涉及面广,工作量大,关系到高等院校的生存和发展。招生宣传又是招生工作中的一个重要环节,此项工作的成效、落实率,直接体现每年录取的新生是否与本校的地位相一致。因此,要用科学的方法、先进的手段做好高校招生工作。基于新校区建设形成的多校区运行模式,对高校招生工作进行了探讨。It is a new requirement for university recruitment and promotion with the advent of the construction of more and more new campuses.University recruitment is a major part of higher education,and it is alsoa cross system program that selects and trains suitable talents for both universities and the nation.Recruitment varies with the policy changes and in-volves a wide range of elements.It has a heavy workload and relates to the survival and development of the univer-sity.Recruitment promotion is a key step in the whole process,which can help to select suitable talent if promotion is rea-sonable and sufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to deploy the recruitment with scientific theories and advanced technical methods.In this article,the author analyzes university recruitment base on the model of muli-campus construction.
