摘  要:对分离自土壤的2株编号为ZSM-1和ZSM-2的放线菌进行分类鉴定,提取基因组脱氧核糖核酸(deoxyribonucleic acid,DNA)后经聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)扩增菌株16S r DNA,基因测序并进行同源性分析,构建进化树并进行系统发育分析,结合培养特征、生理生化特征,将该2株菌分别鉴定为纳士维尔链霉菌(Streptomyces nashvillensis)与土地戈登氏菌(Gordonia terrae)。Actinomycete strains ZSM-1 and ZSM-2 isolated from soil were studied for their taxonomy. The 16 S r DNA was amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) after the extraction of mycelial genomic DNA and the amplification products were subjected to sequencing and homology analysis. A phylogenetic tree was established based on the sequences of 16 S r DNA, and cultural characteristics, physiological and biochemical properties were evaluated as well. As a result, both strains were identified as Streptomyces nashvillensis and Gordonia terrae, respectively.
