城市中青年休闲体育生活方式论析——以广州、深圳为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、抽样调查法等,对广州、深圳中青年劳动者休闲体育参与情况调查分析。结果表明:中青年体育参与动机清晰而多元化;参与内容广泛而富有新意;参与时间长,场地设施缺乏;参与形式受婚姻影响呈现亲朋结伴特征;体育消费从实物型向发展型和享受与体验型消费过渡。中青年休闲体育参与的影响因素主要有动机机制、态度限制、认知限制、诱导限制、结构限制,其中结构限制是最主要因素,并就限制因素提出促进中青年休闲体育参与的对策与建议。By employing the methods of literature review and sampling survey,this paper made an investigation into the situation that the young and middle- aged in Guangzhou and Shenzhen participate in leisure sports. The results show that the motivation for the young and middle- aged to participate in sports is clear and diversified; it is involved with a wide range of innovative activities; the sports time is longer,yet field and facilities are not enough; the sports form is characterized by participation with relatives and friends together influenced by marriage; sports consumption has a transition from purchase of sports things to development type consumption,enjoying type consumption and experiential consumption. It also points out that the factors affecting young adults participating in leisure sports mainly include the motivation limitation,attitude restrictions,cognitive limitations,induced restrictions and structural constraint,of which structural constraint is the most important factor. Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are given to promote young and middle- aged to participating in leisure sports according to the limiting factors.
