摘 要:工况传递路径分析(OPA)在应用过程中可能存在传递路径遗漏或错误估计问题。为此,以缝纫式订标机为研究对象,针对其振源之间存在互相关情况,将基于偏相干理论改进重相干分析技术,应用于订标机工况传递路径模型优化。基于改进重相干分析技术,利用Matlab对多输入-单输出工况传递路径模型进行分析,改善重要传递路径被遗漏情况,确定对目标点输出影响较大的输入信号,剔除次要输入,最终建立起更符合订标机真实系统又相对简化的六输入、单输出工况传递路径模型,为更深入的工况传递路径分析提供可靠前提。In application of operational transfer path analysis (OPA), transfer path omission and erroneous estimationmay occur sometime. This problem is studied with a label sewing machine as the object. Due to the coherence of differentvibration sources, the improved multiple coherence technique based on partial coherence theory is applied to optimize theoperational transfer path analysis model of the label sewing machine. Based on the improved multiple coherence technique, themultiple- input and single- output OPA models are analyzed with Matlab. Omission situation of the main transfer paths isimproved. The input signals which have important influence on the output at the target points are identified, and the lessimportant input signals are eliminated. Finally, a six- input and single- output model, which is closer to real system andrelatively simplified, is established. This work may provide a firm prerequisite for further transfer path analysis.
