组合型人工肝技术治疗肝衰竭型毒蕈中毒患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察组合型人工肝技术治疗肝衰竭型毒蕈中毒患者的疗效。方法:对25例肝衰竭型毒蕈中毒患者临床资料进行回顾分析,总结采用以连续性血液滤过、血浆置换、胆红素吸附为主的组合型人工肝技术治疗肝衰竭型毒蕈中毒患者的疗效。结果:16例(64.0%)患者治愈出院,平均住院时间22 d,6例(24.0%)患者放弃治疗,3例(12.0%)患者治疗无效死亡;治愈患者治疗后生命体征稳定,消化道症状明显缓解,肝功指标(ALT、TBil)、PLT、凝血功能(PT、INR)好转。结论:组合型人工肝技术治疗肝衰竭型毒蕈中毒患者的临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe effects of hybrid artificial liver in treatment of mushroom poisoning patients with liver fail-ure. Methods:The clinical data of 25 mushroom poisoning patients with liver failure were retrospectively analyzed,and the effects of continuous hemofiltration,plasma exchange,and bilirubin adsorption - based hybrid artificial liver were summarized. Results:16 (64. 0% )patients were successfully cured,and the average length of hospitalization was 22 days;6(24. 0% )patients quit the treat-ment;3(12. 0% )patients died. After the treatment,the vital signs got stable,digestive tract symptoms were alleviated,liver func-tion(ALT,TBil),PLT,coagulation function(PT and INR)turned better. Conclusions:The hybrid artificial liver has a significant effect in the treatment of mushroom poisoning patients with liver failure.
