摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性肺肉瘤(PPS)患者的CT影像学特点。方法:回顾性分析12例PPS患者的CT影像学资料。结果:12例患者的肿瘤总体表现为病变密度、边缘不同,强化程度不等,与周边关系各异,7例经皮穿刺活检,5例行手术根治,术后病理证实均为原发肺肉瘤。结论:原发性肺肉瘤(PPS)的患者极为少见,CT影像学表现多样,术前不易确诊,故需要病理进行明确诊断。Objective:To investigate CT image features of primary pulmonary sarcoma(PPS). Methods:The imaging data of 12 PPS patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The scan showed that the mass of the lung was different,the density was une-ven,and the enhancement mode of double phase CT enhanced scanning was different. 7 cases were treated by percutaneous puncture biopsy,5 cases underwent radical operation,and the pathological findings were confirmed as primary pulmonary sarcoma. Conclu-sions:PPS is very rare,and the clinical manifestations are diverse,therefore,it is not easy to be diagnosed before operation. It needs a clear pathological diagnosis.
