抗战时期甘肃高等教育的自我调适与整合

摘　　要：抗战时期,甘肃高等教育借助西部开发的浪潮和高校内迁的外在优势,在战火中获得了更多生存和发展的希冀。这一时期,甘肃学院通过由"省立"改为"国立"进行了有益调适,并在教育经费、师资改善、学生管理等方面有较大的进步。国立西北师范学院"移植"到兰州后,不断孵化成长,在校风建设、学科力量、研究生教育和社会服务等方面具有开拓性的进展。这两所院校在抗战时期的迅速发展主要得益于甘肃较为安定的环境和国民政府的政策支持,成为甘肃高等教育整合的两大关键力量,整合后的甘肃高等教育的整体水平有所提升,成为推动甘肃地区现代化进程中最为关键的砝码。During the War of Ressistance,with the help of the tide of west development and the external advantage of immigration of universities to interior places,the higher education of Gansu got more hopes for surviving and developing.During that time,Gansu College was changed from ＂province-run＂ to ＂state-run＂ and made good adjustment,and made much progress on educational fund,improving teachers and students management than the past After the ＂state- run＂ Northwest Normal University was transplanted to Lanzhou,it was in frequent development on school spirit building,academic strength,postgraduate education and social work.The two schools benefited greatly from relatively stable environment and policy support from the national government and became the two main force of integrating Gansu＇s higher education which improved the overall level of Gansu,and were the keys of promoting the process of modernization of the province.
