艾叶散结合中医封包综合治疗仪防治压疮的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨艾叶散结合中医封包综合治疗仪治疗压疮的作用。方法①将48例I～Ⅱ期压疮患者随机分为对照组和观察组各24例。对照组采用常规压疮处理方法实施护理；观察组则在采用常规压疮处理方法的基础上加用艾叶散结合中医封包综合治疗仪实施护理，比较两组患者压疮的转归。②将48例卧床的出院患者随机分为对照组和观察组各24例。对照组患者采用定时翻身、保持皮肤清洁、按摩的指导；观察组患者在指导患者加用艾叶散结合中医封包综合治疗仪理疗，比较两组患者发生皮肤压疮的风险。结果住院患者观察组的治疗效果明显好于对照组，经矿检验比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；出院观察组患者Braden压疮评分19．08分，压疮风险低于对照组，经t检验比较，差异有统计意义（P〈0．01）。结论艾叶散结合中医封包综合治疗仪防治压疮层的方法安全、经济、有效，值得基层医院推广应用。Objective To explore the effectiveness of using the comprehensive therapeutic equipment of artemisia argyi powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet to prevent and treat the pressure sores. Methods ①A total of 48 cases of patients with I - II stage pressure sores were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, and each group had 24 cases. The control group adopted the normal pressure sores treatment method to implement nursing; while the observation group, on the basis of the conventional pressure sores treatment method, added the artemisia argyi powder and the traditional Chinese medicine packet comprehensive therapeutic equipment to implement nursing. The prognosis of the pressure sores in two groups were compared. ②A total of 48 discharged patients lying in bed were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, and each group had 24 cases. The control group adopted the methods such as the regular turn, keeping the skin clean, and massage; while the observation group added the method of using the artenfisia argyi powder and the traditional Chinese medicine packet comprehensive therapeutic equipment to treat. The risk of having the pressure sores in two groups was compared. Results The treat- aleut effect of the hospitalized patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group. Through X2 in- spection comparison, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0. 05） ; the Braden score of the discharged patients of the observation group was 19.08 points. The risk of the pressure sores was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant according to the t-test, （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The method of using the artemisia argyi powder and the traditional Chinese medicine packet comprehensive therapeutic equipment to prevent and treat the pressure sores is secure, economic and effective, which is worth widely use in the basic-level hospitals.
