摘  要:目的:探讨广西红水河流域长寿人群APOC1基因rs4420638多态性与血脂水平的相关性。方法:应用i MLDR技术对长寿人群、长寿人群的子女及对照组APOC1 rs4420638位点进行分型,分析该多态与血脂水平的相关性。结果:3组人群的基因型及等位基因频率的分布差异无统计学意义;总体人群及对照组G等位基因携带者的TC和LDL-C水平高于非G等位基因携带者(均P<0.05);多元回归分析显示总体人群及对照组TC和LDL-C与rs4420638基因型相关性。结论:APOC1 rs4420638多态与红水河流域普通人群的高血脂有关,可能是其区别于长寿人群的遗传学基础之一。Objective To explore the possible correlation of APOC1 rs4420638 polymorphism with lipid levels in aging people residing in Guangxi Hongshuihe region. Methods 1830 healthy people living in Hongshuihe basin were randomly recruited. The Genotyping of the APOC1 rs4420638 polymorphism was conducted by improved multiplex ligation detection reaction(i MLDR) in the aging individuals(n = 496), their offspring(n = 723), and the control subjects(n = 611). The association of the polymorphism with lipid levels was analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in allelic and genotypic frequency of APOC1rs4420638 among the three groups. Levels of TC and LDL-C in G allele carriers were significantly higher than those in non-G allele carriers(P〈0.05) in the total population and the control group. The association of TC and LDL-C with rs4420638 polymorphism was demonstrated by multiple linear regression. Conclusions APOC1rs4420638 polymorphism is related with increased lipid level in the general population from Guangxi Hongshuihe region, which might be one of the genetic basis distinguishing from the aging individuals.
