摘　　要：介绍并探讨特色培训2μm(铥)激光在泌尿外科应用特色技术的经验。2014年始连续举办5期关于应用2μm激光治疗泌尿外科疾病的国家级继续教育项目学习班,通过招收目的学员,采取小班授课与特色手术演示相结合的形式,重点培训"分割式"前列腺激光气化切除和"经尿道2μm激光膀胱部分切除术",取得较好效果。To introduce and discuss the experience of the characteristic training for the application of 2 μm laser in the urology, 5 training courses of national continuing education were successively held on the application of 2 μm laser in the treatment of urinary surgical diseases from 2014. It has achieved good results by recruiting goal-directed students, arranging small teaching group and demonstrating the characteristics of operation, especially the technique of transurethral dividing vaporesection of prostate and partial cystectomy with 2 μm laser.
