摘  要:目的探讨正畸牙移动骨改建过程中Sema3A表达的规律性。方法将36只wildtype小鼠成功建立正畸牙移动模型后,在上颌左侧施加机械力(加力组);上颌右侧未作其他处理(对照组),在建模后第1 d、7 d以及14 d分别处死12只小鼠,制作石蜡组织切片进行免疫组织化学染色观察牙周组织的组织形态改变。结果在建模后第1 d,两组间牙周组织形态、OB细胞数目无明显差异;第7 d,加力组牙周组织形态排列紊乱,OB细胞数目高于对照组;在第14 d,两组间各项观察指标相近,无明显差异。结论 Sema3A对于正畸牙移动骨改建过程中重要调节作用,其表达水平具有时空规律性,建议临床深入研究。Objective To discuss the regularity of Sema3 A expression in bone remodeling of orthodontic tooth movement. Methods 36 wildtype mice were made successful orthodontic tooth movement model, the mechanical stress was applied in the left upper jaw(stress group), there was no other treatment in right upper jaw(control group). After modeling in 1 d, 7 d and 14 d, 12 mice were sacrificed, the immunohistochemical staining was used in paraffin tissue sections, the changes of periodontal tissue morphology were observed. Results After modeling for 1 d, there were no significant difference between the two groups in the periodontal tissue morphology and OB cells number. On the 7th day, in stress group, the periodontal tissue morphological disorder, the number of OB cells was significant than control group. On the 14 th day, two groups of observed indicators were similar, there was no significant difference. Conclusion Sema3 A plays an important regulatory role in orthodontic tooth movement during the process of bone remodeling. The level of expression shows a temporal and spatial regularity. It is recommended to further study.
