摘　　要：目的:检测胃癌患者组织及血清中的CCL5的表达并探讨血清中CCL5表达的临床意义。方法:选择临床病理资料齐全的胃癌蜡块标本48例,取癌组织和癌旁组织(对照组),采用SP免疫组化法检测CCL5在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达。抽取新诊断胃癌患者50例(均未行手术及放化疗)及健康志愿者16例(对照组)的血清标本,采用ELISA检测CCL5在胃癌患者及健康志愿者血清中的表达,研究血清中CCL5的表达水平与胃癌的病理因素及生物学行为之间的关系。结果:CCL5在胃癌患者组织及血清中呈高表达,与对照组相比,明显升高,具有统计学差异(P<0.001),胃癌患者血清中CCL5的表达水平与胃癌组织浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况、TNM分期情况及肿瘤分化程度均具有相关性(P<0.001),与患者的性别及年龄无相关性。结论:CCL5可能成为胃癌患者肿瘤分期及疾病进展的重要分子标志。Objective： In order to detect the expression of CCL5 in tissue and serum of patients with gastric carcinoma and to explore the clinical significance of expression of CCL5 in serum. Methods： 48 cases patients with completed clinical and pathological data of gastric cancer paraffin block specimens were selected. Cancer and paracan-cerous tissues were used as control,using SP immunohistochemical method to detect CCL5 in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. Serum specimens were extracted from 50 cases of newly diagnosed patients with gastric cancer（ from none underwent operation and chemotherapy） and 16 healthy volunteers,ELISA was used to detect the expression of CCL5 in gastric cancer patients and healthy volunteers in the serum,the differences between the expression of gastric cancer patients and healthy volunteers,and the relationship between pathologicalfactors and biological behavior of gastric cancer and expression of CCL5 were studied. Results： The high expression of CCL5 in tissue and serum of gastric cancer patients,compared with control group,increased significantly,with statistical difference（ P〈0. 001）. The expression of CCL5 and gastric cancer invasion depth,lymph node metastasis,TNM staging and tumor differentiation were correlated（ P〈0. 001）,no correlation with gender and age of patients. Conclusion： CCL5 may be the importantmolecular marker in patients with gastric cancer staging and signs of the disease.
