摘　　要：目的探讨肾上腺素能β1、β2和β3受体在婴幼儿血管瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测20例婴幼儿血管瘤(实验组)、20例正常皮肤(对照组)标本组织中肾上腺素能β受体各亚型的表达。结果实验组肾上腺素能β2受体阳性表达率85.0%(17/20),高于对照组的10.0%(2/20)(P<0.05)。两组标本均未见肾上腺素能β1和β3受体的表达。结论肾上腺素能β2受体特异高表达于婴幼儿血管瘤,有可能成为普萘洛尔治疗血管瘤的靶点。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of adrenergicβreceptors in proliferative hemangiomas of infants.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the protein expressions of adrenergic receptors ofβ1,β2andβ3in infantile hemangiomas（group A,20cases）and normal skin tissues（group B,20cases）.Results The positive expression rate ofβ2receptor in group A was 85.0%（17/20）,which was significantly higher than 10.0%（2/20）in group B（P〈0.05）.No expressions of adrenergic receptorsβ1andβ3were detected in two groups.Conclusion Adrenergicβ2receptor is highly expressed in infantile hemangiomas,which could be a target of propranolol for the treatment of hemangiomas.
