摘　　要：综述中医药防治蒽环类抗肿瘤药物所致心脏毒性研究进展。蒽环类抗肿瘤药物是引起化疗后心脏毒性的最常见药物,通过文献检索,对目前中医药防治蒽环类药物心脏毒性的研究进展进行分析,发现单味中药、复方及中药注射剂均具有一定的防治蒽环类药物所致心脏毒性的作用。This paper reviews the progress on Chinese medicine fighting against chemotherapy-induced cardiotoxicity. Anthracycline compounds are the major factors in chemotherapy-induced cardiotoxicity. It is found that some single herb,herbal prescriptions and herbal injections are effective against anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity.
