摘  要:在"大众创业、万众创新"国家战略新形势下,如何突出学生创新创业能力培养之目标并辅以切实达成措施,是今后我国高校地理专业人才培养改革优化的一项迫切任务。通过对美国四所大学的走访,认为在传统文化和教育体制差异的影响下,中美大学地理专业之间主要存在培养目标与规格、课程体系、教法与学法、考核方式、创新创业培养和学生社团实践等方面的差异。秉承现有优势、借鉴美国经验,提出优化人才培养目标、构建特色课程体系、改革教法与考核方法、全面实施项目指导教师制、正确引导开展学生社团活动等创新创业人才培养优化方向。In the new national strategic situation of entrepreneurship and innovation,it is already an urgent task for the geography major to highlight the objectives of cultivating the innovation competence and to take some applicable measures. Based on the interviews with the geography majors of four American universities,this paper points out there are some differences between university geography majors in China and in the United States,including objectives and requirements,curriculum system,teaching and learning methods,evaluation,innovation cultivation and extra- curriculum practice under the influence of traditional culture and education system. In order to make good use of present advantages,this paper proposes five optimization to cultivate geography talents' innovation and entrepreneurship by taking American experience as reference,including the optimization of the talent cultivation objectives,special curriculum system establishment,teaching and evaluation system reform,comprehensive implementation of program instruction on faculty undergraduate advisers and student associations practice guidance.
