摘　　要：首先介绍了N路功分器的原理,以三路功分器为例,进行建模仿真。然后并加工成实物,针对实物进行进一步的测试;最后,将2个三路功分器进行背靠背连接构成合成器,对该合成器的关键参数进行测量,测量结果满意,达到良好的合成效果。这种合成方法突破了传统的只能对2n路功放单元合成的局限,为日后的毫米波功率合成技术提供了新的思路。The paper firstly introduces the theory of N-port power divider,performs modeling and simulation taking 3-port divider as an example,then the real divider is processed and further measured.Finally,two 3-port dividers are connected back-to-back to synthesizer,and the key parameters of the synthesizer are measured.The measurement result is satisfied and the synthesis effect is good.This synthesis method breaks through the localization of 2n-port power amplifier synthesis and provides new idea for future millimeter-wave power synthesis technique.
