摘　　要：目的了解ICU护士多重耐药菌感染防控认知及建议,为护理管理者更好地开展多重耐药菌感染防控工作提供参考。方法采用质性研究方法,对某三级甲等医院的10名ICU护士进行多重耐药菌防控认知及建议的半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法提炼主题。结果 ICU护士对多重耐药菌感染防控认知尚欠缺;多重耐药菌感染防控现状不满意;防控措施落实影响因素包括硬件设施、患者因素、时间因素以及其他医务人员因素等;多重耐药菌防控建议包括改善环境及设施、加强全员培训、合理调配人力资源等。结论目前ICU多重耐药菌感染防控尚存在很多欠缺之处,护理管理者应引起重视,可从知识培训、加强督导、强化管理等多方面给予干预,确保多重耐药菌感染预防与控制措施正确、有效实施。Objective To understand the cognition and prevention and control recommendations of multi drug resistant bacteria nurse ICU infection for nursing managers to provide reference for infection prevention and control work of multi drug resistant bacteria. Methods Using qualitative research method, a semi - structured interview was conducted on ten ICU nurses about the multiple drug - resistant bacteria in prevention and control of cognition. Date were ana- lyzed using Colaizzi analysis method to extract the theme. Results ICU nurses recognition of multi drug resistant bacteria infection prevention and control was lack, multi drug resistant bacteria infection prevention and control was not satisfied, measures of prevention and control were influenced by hardware facilities, pa- tient factors,time factors and other medical personnel factors ,multi drug resistant bacteria prevention and control recommendations included improving environ- mental facilities, strengthening staff training and rational allocation of human resources. Conclusion The multi drug resistant bacteria infection prevention and control in ICU is insufficient. Nursing managers should take actions from knowledge training,strengthening supervision and management to ensure correct and ef- fective measures for the prevention and control of multi drug resistant bacteria infection.
